Gamers are certainly no stranger to the Republic of Gamers line of gaming notebooks from ASUS.
Increasingly adding to their notebook portfolio in Indonesia, ASUS has launched ROG Strix Scar III and Hero III which have very luxurious designs and are very gamers. Not only that, this notebook is also predicted to have a very powerful performnce.

Seeing ROG Strix Scar III from a distance, I immediately had the impression that this wasn’t just any gaming notebook. How come? This notebook is surrounded by RGB lights that can change to any warna from the bottom of the notebook, to the keyboard, to the ROG tanda on the back.
The large number of RGB lights is quite unusual for a gaming notebook, so it makes ROG Strix Scar III have its own characteristics. For gamers who love RGB, notebooks will certainly attract the attention of anyone who sees it.

The RGB lights can certainly be synchronized with other devices that dukungan ASUS Aura Sync. Interestingly, this notebook has a bodi desain that in my pandanganon is still leaning towards a low profil even though it has that much RGB.
This may be because ASUS collaborated with the BMW Designworks Kelompok tim to present a kekinian and futuristic desain in ROG Strix Scar III. Therefore it is not surprising that the bodi reminds me of a sports car.
Even this notebook is equipped with a Scissor-Door hinge that has a minimalist footprint and will not appear when the notebook is closed. Not only that, the ROG Strix Scar III macamt that I use has a carbon fiber layer on the surface of the Palm Rest ruangan so that your hands are more comfortable when you are on it.

Unlike the ROG Hero III, which offers four RGB areas, the keyboard from ROG Strix III has its own RGB light for each key. The keyboard itself feels very comfortable when I use it to model, maybe one of the best gaming notebooks I’ve ever tried.
When compared to the keyboard from the VivoBook S14 which I also really liked in the previous kupasan, I prefer this ROG Strix III keyboard for typing everyday work.
RGB lights from the keyboard also have a variety of preset modes that can be selected through the Armory Crate settings ranging from Static, Breathing, Strobbing, to Riple. ROG Keystone can toko settings and presets used in the Armory Crate. By simply entering the ROG Keystone, the settings will be activated immediately, so there is no need to re-set one by one.
In addition, the ROG Keystone can also be used as a key to activate Shadow Drive. As the name implies, a new Shadow Drive will appear when the lock is attached and will automatically disappear when the lock is removed. For maksimal performnce, ASUS has also embedded 512 GB of NVMe SSD penyimpanan so that the operating sistem boot process and games loading are much shorter than HDD penyimpanan in general.

As a result, using this notebook in everyday life feels very satisfying. The computing activities that I do are free from lag, especially with the 144 Hz screen providing a more comfortable pengalaman thanks to smoother kursor movement and Windows animations.

The first games I tried was The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt which is not only very terkenal but also one of my favourite permainan. This open-world games released in 2015 requires a lot of performnce to run smoothly.
In the maksimal possible graphics settings, I can nikmat this games in the kisaran of 70-80 FPS in various ruangs. The performnce provided is also fairly stable without a significant decrease even when fighting.
Next I played Shadow of Tomb Raider which is quite heavy, especially in the texture category because it requires a large VRAM capacity. Even so, it turns out that ROG Strix Scar III can still run this games in the 60-70 FPS kisaran at the Highest preset graphics seting.

As one of the first permainan to get an up-date for Ray-Tracing technology, of course I also tried to activate this spesifikasi considering that this notebook is equipped with GeForce RTX. Surprisingly, the games still runs quite playable because it can still be in the kisaran of 30 FPS. It’s just that the FPS I get is very volatile and can anjlok below that.
Then I tried Devil May Cry 5 which requires high FPS so that each input can be responded to as quickly as possible. Surprisingly, ROG Strix Scar III is able to run this games from Capcom at up to 90 FPS on Ultra settings and is relatively stable without any significant drops.

Likewise in other permainan that I did benchmark tests. This gaming notebook is able to provide excellent performnce from Final Fantasy XV, Deus Ex Mankind Divided, to The Divisi 2. This is certainly an extraordinary achievement that ASUS has achieved.
